Doctors Save 16-Month-Old After Opioid Overdose, Police Say

A 16-month-old Upper Darby boy almost died after ingesting then overdosing on an opiod inside of his home, Upper Darby Police said. His parents rushed the boy to the hospital, where Narcan was administed to save his life. Investigators are working to determine if the boy ingested heroin or fentanyl.
