Protesters continue to hold an encampment on UPenn's campus as officials discuss basis for possible arrests

The encampment continues on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus Monday. While students say they are peacefully protesting, officials warn protesters that they are legally at risk of being arrested for trespassing.
