The Latest Push to Legalize Pot in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania’s lieutenant governor has embarked on a so-called listening tour across the state to hear people’s thoughts on legalizing recreation marijuana. Opponents say legalizing recreation weed will negatively impact society. Proponents, though, argue that legalizing the drug will not only positively affect people of color who are disproportionately arrested for possession of pot, but will also generate millions in tax revenue.
