Temple Student Hurt in Hit-&-Run Honored in Grad Ceremony

Temple University student Rachel Hall is still recovering in the hospital after being struck by a hit-and-run driver. She was honored today at a graduation ceremony hours before police revealed the teenage suspect who allegedly ran her over. NBC10’s Drew Smith has more.
