Teens Tanning Underage, Despite NJ Law

New Jersey just made big news when they passed a law forbidding anyone under 18 from using a tanning bed. But even under the current law, kids between 14 and 18 need to have a parent with them to give permission the first time they go to a tanning salon. NBC10’s Harry Hairston and the NBC10 Investigators decided to find out if tanning salons were following the law.
