Teen Shot in Face, Another Teen in Custody, Police Say

An 18-year-old senior at Haverford High School was shot in the face in Havertown, Delaware County, during what what police say appeared to be a marijuana sale Tuesday night. Police say that a 17-year-old was arrested Wednesday morning in connection to the incident.
