Teen Gets Help From Police to Surprise Mom With GED Diploma

This mother received a surprise just two days after Mother’s Day when her son arrived to his home in a police car. Turns out, Ruben was pranking his mom and had earned his General Educational Development diploma through a police program in just three weeks. Philadelphia 18th District officers posted the surprise to social media.
