Teen Councilman Disappoints Voters

Kyle Bower a 19-year-old councilman in Alburtis, Lehigh County and was arrested on October 4 for allegedly driving his car into a field after stealing Mitt Romney yard signs. Voters tell NBC10’s Doug Shimell that this was the last straw for the teen councilman.
