Teen Charged in Deadly Traffic Cone Beating

A 14-year-old boy was charged in the deadly beating of a man in his 70s in North Philadelphia. The teen along with a group of other kids were caught on camera beating James Lambert with a traffic cone and other items in late June, Philadelphia police said. NBC10 Karen Hua has the latest on the investigation and the search for the rest of the group.
