Teen Charged in Classmate's Beating Death to Appear in Court

A 16-year-old girl facing a charge of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Amy Joyner Francis at a Wilmington, Delaware high school is set to appear in court on Tuesday. Francis died after a fight in a bathroom at Howard High School of Technology.
