Tearful Reaction on PSU Campus to NCAA Sanctions

NBC10’s Luann Cahn was on campus as students gathered in the HUB, the student center, to watch the NCAA press conference. The video shows tears and shock on the faces of students as they learned the school would be stripped of all wins from 1998 to 2011 and would not be eligible for bowl games for the next 4 years.
