Surveillance Video Shows Hit & Run of 4-Year-Old

The 4-year-old boy who was hit by a S.U.V. on Thursday left the hospital with only minor bumps and bruises. The driver of the car left the scene after a few minutes. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia talks with a family member of the child.
