Surveillance Shows Suspect Who Beat Elderly Man

Philadelphia Police are trying to track down the man who maced, beat and robbed an 82-year-old man in Northeast Philadelphia. Surveillance video shows the suspect approaching the man. Police say the suspect sprayed the man with mace and then started kicking and punching him until he fell to the ground.
