Banner Annouces McCartney Performance

The Wells Fargo Center made a major concert announcement in a very special way. Comcast-Spectacor workers lowered a giant banner on the side of the arena Friday afternoon with the big surprise: Paul McCartney is coming to Philadelphia this summer!
