Students Protesting After Pa. Budget Turned Down

After the State House voted down Governor Wolf’s budget plan Wednesday, the commonwealth has now been operating without a budget for 100 days and students are now stepping up since it is affecting their education. NBC10’s George Spencer reports how this stalemate is sending angry students to protests.
