Shoppers Get Tickets, Despite Free Parking Signs

On Saturday, the Manayunk parking meters read, “meters are free on Saturdays. Happy Holidays from MNYK.” But when shoppers returned to their cars they discovered $26 parking tickets on their windshield. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports on the confusion.
