Shooting Video Prank Suspect Surrenders

A man who police say shot videos of himself pulling an airgun on pedestrians in Philadelphia, then posted the videos on Instagram, turned himself in to police Monday night. As NBC10’s George Spencer reports, police are deciding whether to charge the man with attempted armed robbery.
