SEPTA Passenger Thought ‘We Hit Something' During Derailment

Passenger Shontai Sterling, of Southwest Philadelphia, said she and others riding a SEPTA train that derailed along the Market-Frankford elevated line Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, were stuck without any information for a while before everyone had to tensely find their way out.
