Sen. Pat Toomey Proposes Bill in Honor of Bucks Co. 9/11 Pilot

U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) has proposed a bill for increased secondary safety measures to keep unauthorized people out of the cockpit. The bill will be named after pilot Victor Saracini, who was a pilot aboard one of the hijacked 9/11 flights.
