Second Video of Cop Hitting Woman Surfaces

A YouTube video from festivities that followed Philadelphia’s Puerto Rican Day Parade has gone viral. The video allegedly shows Lt. Jonanthan Josey hitting Aida Guzman and causing her to fall to the ground. NBC10’s Harry Hairston spoke to a man who says he also has footage of the incident on his cellphone.
