Protection From Abuse Order Failed Bucks County Woman

Police continue to investigate the death of a 45-year-old Bucks County woman who was killed by her husband and then shot by police. As the investigation continues, new information has been revealed about her husband, who officials say was recently released from jail after violating a probation order.
