Police Shoot, Kill Naked Man in Olney

Philadelphia police are investigating an incident that ended in an officer fatally shooting a man in Olney early Sunday morning. At around 6 a.m., police received a report of a naked man in the road in front of 5832 Mascher Street. The officer involved in the shooting told police that the man appeared to be on drugs and refused to listen to police instructions and lunged at police.
