Police Nab Alleged Butt-Enhancer

The so-called “Black Madam,” a.k.a. Padge Windslowe was arrested Wednesday night as she allegedly prepared to perform a buttocks enhancement, according to Philadelphia Police. Windslowe is being investigated for her alleged connections to previous cases including one where the injection may have led to a woman’s death. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports.
