Owner Surrenders Car Involved in Deadly Hit-&-Run

Police confirmed they have the car involved in a hit-and-run that killed a 2-year-old boy and injured his mother. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports investigators told him the car’s owner turned it in, but he was not the driver at the time the fatal accident occurred.
