Police Arrest Suspected Driver in Deadly Bensalem Hit-and-Run

The driver of an “Alien Green” Kia Soul that fatally struck a man on Hulmeville Road around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning has been found by Bensalem Police, according to investigators. Police said Richard McCausland, 21, was driving the Kia Soul, his mother’s company car, without her permission. He’ll be arraigned Monday night.
