Philly Towing Company Accused of Taking Advantage of Drivers After Car Crashes

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced charges against local towing company Hooked Inc. and its two co-owners. They’re accused of taking advantage of drivers by charging them outrageous fees following car crashes. One of their employees spoke to NBC10 about the allegations.
