Philly School District Narrows Search for New Superintendent, Announces Later Start Times

The Philadelphia School District has narrowed their search for a new superintendent to three candidates while also announcing later start times for 51 high schools. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia spoke with those who believe the district rushed both decisions.
