Philly School Budget Crisis Continues

The Philadelphia school budget crisis is still looming over the district as classes are set to start in less than a month. NBC10’s Christine Maddela spoke with both anxious teachers and with state governor Tom Corbett who has put the issue at the center of his campaign. She reports from Blue Bell, Montgomery County.
