Philly Pops and Mann Center to Present “Memorial Salute”

For the first time ever, Philly Popps and the Mann Center for the Performing Arts will present “Memorial Salute”. It’s a concert for veterans, performed by a veteran. Todd Williams has served in the Indiana National Guard, but now plays the horn on the Philly Pops orchestra. He will be one of nearly 70 performers.
