Phillies Fans Ditch The Masks After City Mandate Is Lifted

Phillies fans can now take off their masks in the Citizens Bank Park stands if they are fully vaccinated. The move comes as the city is now allowing everyone to take their masks off outdoors. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville spoke to fans and city business owners who are excited for the change.
