Pennsylvania High Court Refuses to Hear Bill Cosby's Appeal

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused to hear the comedian’s appeal after his lawyers tried to get the case dismissed, stating a promise former Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor allegedly made about the sex assault case.
