Philadelphia Announces Changes to Indoor and Outdoor Gathering Limits

Philadelphia announced they’ll allow indoor gatherings at 10 percent capacity with the amount capped at 250 people. Outdoor gatherings are capped at 7500. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia explains what this means for sporting events and wedding venues.
