Philadelphia agrees to pay $9.1M to man wrongfully convicted in Barbara Jean's murder

A man who served more than two decades on death row for a murder he did not commit will be receiving $9 million dollars from the city of Philadelphia. Walter Ogrod, now almost 59, plans to help other exonerees with the money. NBC10’s Claudia Vargas has his story and his plans for the money.
