2-year-old died after being hit by a car in North Philly

A 2-year-old girl died after she was hit by a car in the Crescentville neighborhood. Police say the child was run over by a car driven by a 31-year-old woman. The driver did not leave the scene and at this time there are no details about what led to the deadly crash.
