Oops! Train Car Falls

A train car tumbled over when crews were trying to upright it Tuesday morning in Center CityPhiladelphia. It was one of five cars that jumped the track at Race and 23rd Streets late Monday night, possibly due to a switch problem. Crews were trying to upright the car when it fell over.
