Tensions rose at the Penn pro-Palestinian encampment and 12 students have been disciplined by university

Pro-Palestinian protesters say 12 University of Pennsylvania students have been disciplined for their participation in the encampment on campus. On Tuesday tensions rose when a counter protester tried to gain access and was blocked from getting inside the encampment. NBC10’s Johnny Archer captured the encounter and has more.
