Officials Investigate Cause of Fire at Energy Storage Facility in SW Philly

A fire started at an energy storage facility Monday evening in Southwest Philadelphia. It is the second major hazmat situation that firefighters have risked their lives for within six months. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia found out how the firefighters and plant employees worked together to control the flames.
