Officers Who Survived Inmate Uprising at Delaware Prison File Lawsuit

Four prison officers who survived an inmate uprising at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Delaware filed a lawsuit against the state. The nearly day-long hostage standoff unfolded on February 1st, 2017. Lieutenant Steven Floyd was killed. NBC10 Investigative Reporter George Spencer has the details on the lawsuit.
