Officers Involved in Shooting Death of Wilmington Man in Wheelchair Will Not Face Charges: Attorney General

Wilmington police officers shot and killed a man in a wheelchair after they say he refused to drop his weapon. The Attorney General ruled the officers would not be charged. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has more on the decision sparking debate.
