Officer Shoots at Carjackers After Violent Attack

A Philadelphia Police detective was in the right place at the right time Monday morning when he witnessed a group of men beaten a man they had carjacked. The Officer opened fire but the suspects got away. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports from Germantown.
