NJ Cop Surrenders After 10-Hour Standoff

Richard Klementovich, an armed off-duty Clifton Township, N.J. police officer, surrendered late Sunday after a 10-hour standoff with police. Klementovich barricaded himself inside a Doylestown Township home. NBC10’s Katy Zachry spoke to neighbors about the terrifying event.
