NJ Gov. Warns Car Parades Could Violate Stay-at-Home Order

Car parades have been a popular way of celebrating special occasions or honoring essential workers amid the coronavirus pandemic. But the state of New Jersey sent out a letter warning that they could also be a possible violation of the stay-at-home order. NBC10’s Cydney Long explains.
