Nicetown Residents Protest SEPTA Power Plant

People living in Philadelphia’s Nicetown neighborhood say SEPTA’s gas power plant will be a danger once it’s operational and that it will never be inspected by the EPA or state officials if approved. They spoke out against the power plant during a protest on Wednesday.
