Mummers Prepare for Return of Parade

The Mummers Parade will finally return to Philadelphia after a pandemic absence. Despite having to take extra precautions as coronavirus cases surge again, the Mummers expressed excitement at the return of their colorful tradition. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports.
