Missed Opportunity to Arrest Accused Cop Killer

NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn obtained documents revealing murder suspect Rafael Jones was at the state probation office just three days before he allegedly killed Officer Moses Walker Jr. Sources tell NBC10 Jones’ parole officer asked for a warrant for Jones’ arrest on Aug. 15 but it was denied by a supervisor.
