Mass Shooting at Washington, D.C. Navy Yard

The F.B.I. is investigating after a gunman opened fire on a Washington, D.C. Navy Yard Monday. 13 people were killed, including the shooter. At least 8 others were hurt, including a Police Officer. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors reports from Washington, where she talked with witnesses and Navy officials.
