Man Who Owed Drug Debt Held Captive for 8 Days: Police

Police say a man who owed a drug debt was shot in the shin and held captive inside a Kensington home for eight days. The man was able to finally free himself and one suspect was taken into custody. Police continue to search for the other suspects.
