Man Shot, Killed During Apparent Road Rage on Route 1 in Philly

NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports on a deadly shooting during an apparent road rage incident along the Roosevelt Boulevard Extension in Philadelphia’s East Falls neighborhood. Police say a passenger was shot and killed after a fender bender. Police are looking for the four masked men in the car.
