Man Arrested in Assaults of Women on SEPTA Train, at SEPTA Station

A man wanted for allegedly inappropriately touching an 18-year-old woman on a SEPTA train was arrested Wednesday in Upper Darby after allegedly taking off his pants and attempting to take the pants off yet another woman. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports.
