Man Allegedly Hits Four Cops, Charged with Attempted Murder

The man who allegedly hit four Philadelphia police officers last Tuesday is facing several charges. Rudolph Keitt is charged with attempted murder after allegedly using his Chrysler to run down and flee from police. The suspect was shot and wounded during the incident.
